With a long history of its outstanding professors and lecturers in higher education, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) is one of the leading universities in the world. Dr. Tatiana Zaytsev, the Dean of Office of International Affairs and the professor of the Department of Public Administration, visited Shih Hsin University on December 6th, 2018 to give a keynote speech and discuss the exchange program with Dr. Yeong-Chyan Wu, President of Shih Hsin University and some other administrative offices.

The main purpose of this visit is to further discuss the exchange student program between Shih Hsin University and Lomonosov Moscow State University. According to the agreement, it is expected that for the coming academic year of 108, Shih Hsin University and Lomonosov Moscow State University would start the program, which is the new landmark for both universities.

As a keynote speaker, Dr. Tatiana Zaytsev shared the information about “Public Administration System of Russian Federation” to all of professors and students from the Department of Public Policy and Management. Prof. CHEN, JYUN-MING, as a host, led the seminar and students showed their interests and enthusiasms in Russia’s public affairs.

Developing internationalism is one of the significant visions of Shih Hsin University. To further achieve this goal, the Office of International Affairs is continuously promoting international exchange programs and in hope of increasing the number of inbound and outbound exchange students. To provide more scholarly exchange opportunities for both professors and students in Shih Hsin University, the Office of International Affairs is reaching out to schools in Russia, Central Europe, and East Europe to establish partnerships with a view to realizing the vision of Global Shih Hsin.
