一、活動目的 Activity Goal：
希望以外籍學生的角度，將臺灣深厚多元的文化、人情、美景，透過影片、相片及文字，交織出驚嘆與感動，呈現臺灣不一樣的精彩面貌。
It is hoped that from the perspective of foreign students, Taiwan’s rich and diverse culture, humanity, and beauty will be interwoven through videos, photos, and words to express wonder and emotion, presenting Taiwan’s unique charm.

並期盼藉此活動，鼓勵外國學生深入接觸臺灣在地文化，進而向世界推廣臺灣。
This activity aims to encourage international students to engage deeply with local culture and help promote Taiwan to the world.

二、活動主題 Theme：
「看見臺灣：從世界的眼睛出發」Seeing Taiwan Through Global Eyes

從自然景觀、城市街景、人文互動、校園生活、飲食文化或日常片段出發，捕捉臺灣最動人的瞬間。
From natural landscapes, urban streetscapes, cultural interactions, campus life, food culture, or everyday moments—capture Taiwan’s most touching and inspiring scenes.

呈現一個多元、溫暖且富有生命力的臺灣，讓更多人從「世界的眼睛」重新看見臺灣的美。
Present a Taiwan that is diverse, warm, and full of vitality, allowing the world to rediscover its beauty through global perspectives.

三、活動對象 Participants：

臺灣獎學金及華語文獎學金之在領受獎學生
The current Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship recipients

📅 收件截止日期：115年2月28日（六）中午12:00止
📅 Submission Deadline: February 28, 2026 (Saturday), 12:00 noon (Taiwan time)
