勞動部為加強關懷來臺留學之僑外生在我國從事工讀情形並提供相關勞動權益訊息，臺北市勞動力重建運用處將於今年(115年)1月1日至7月31日間，針對已取得工作許可之一年級僑外生至少辦理1次電話訪查（訪查詢問事項如附件）。
檢附相關線上問卷連結如下，請一年級僑外生協助擇一填復並仔細閱讀附件外籍學生合法打工應注意事項，以利後續訪查作業：
To better care for international and overseas Chinese students studying in Taiwan and working part-time, the Ministry of Labor has assigned the Taipei City Employment Services Office to conduct follow-up checks.
From January 1 to July 31, 2026, the office will make at least one phone interview with first-year international or overseas Chinese students who have obtained a work permit. The interview questions are listed in the attachment.
Please use the online questionnaire link below and choose one form to complete. Also, please carefully read the attachment “Important Notes for International Students Working Legally in Taiwan” to help with the follow-up interview process.
